Your phone will work if you are using it within the EU.

Your phone will work if you are using it outside of the EU, but you will need to add a bolt on to avoid hitting your overspend limit.

Please note that as of 1st January 2022, mobile usage within the EU is likely to change.

Our Customer Services team will be in touch to confirm that your bill limit has been reached, and advise on next steps to get your tariff reactivated and working as normal.

Payments are taken via direct debit. 

Your bill will be generated on or around the 10th of each month.

Your direct debit will be taken on or around the 20th of each month.

You can call premium rate numbers, but these are chargeable numbers. 

You will only be able to call chargeable numbers until you reach your bill limit.
