Payments are taken via direct debit.
Your bill will be generated on or around the 10th of each month.
Your direct debit will be taken on or around the 20th of each month.
How do I request a bolt on to my contract?
Please email [email protected] to request. Our Customer Service team can then arrange this to be applied for you within two working days.
I've reached my bill limit, what happens next?
Our Customer Services team will be in touch to confirm that your bill limit has been reached, and advise on next steps to get your tariff reactivated and working as normal.
How long is my Contract?
JTRS can offer contracts of varying length, depending on your requirements.
The minimum contract length is 30 days.
The maximum contract length is 36 months.
The length of your term will be stated in the contract.
